Conservation Service Project – Saturday, October 19th

Please join us for a service project opportunity on Saturday October 19th, at Richfield Heritage Preserve, located at 4374 Broadview Road, Richfield, OH. The project will be from 9:00 AM until Noon, but if you are only able to join us for a portion of the time, you are certainly welcome to do so. Please come prepared dressed for the weather, and bring work gloves and a water bottle. Sign-ups are available on TroopWebHost.

We have scheduled our May campout at Richfield Heritage Preserve, but in order to use the facilities for overnight camping, we need to provide service to the park. We definitely are looking forward to using this location next Spring, so please consider helping us fulfill our service obligation.

We will be assisting the Preserve with conservation-based service, which may include clearing a fence line, some trail maintenance, or splitting wood. If you are a Star Scout, one of the requirements for the rank of Life is to perform three hours of conservation-based service, so this is a great opportunity to complete that requirement!

Thanks for your help!
