Thank you to all of you who weighed in on the Troop 701 Fundraising Survey!
The majority of 701 families want to continue our tradition of fundraising to help defray troop costs whenever possible. The possibility of a pancake breakfast or “dining days” where local restaurants donate a portion of troop-identified sales sparked the most interest from respondents. After the survey was created, the troop committee discovered that there is another organization that permits clothing drive fundraisers, but requires the organization to furnish its own truck. In light of our success with this type of fundraiser in the past, we would like to consider planning one of these events as well.
Each of these potential fundraisers needs a dedicated individual or team of individuals to make the event a success. We need your help!
