Tuesday’s Troop Meeting – What To Do If Cancelled – Special March Camp Info

With the forecasted Winter snow storm set to hit tonight, there’s a good chance that Strongsville City Schools will close tomorrow.  Please remember that if Strongsville City Schools is closed on the day of a regular troop meeting, our meeting will be cancelled.

Should our troop meeting be cancelled tomorrow, we will however be collecting March camp payments and sign-ups at Market District on Pearl Road in Strongsville.  This is not a troop meeting.   A small team of 701 adult leaders will be seated near the revolving doors in the dining area.  We will be there from 7PM to 7:45PM to collect sign-ups and payments.

More About March Camp:

We’re all very excited about Father/Son Camp.  Here’s some important information for you to know:

  • We need ALL camp sign-ups and payments in to us by tomorrow night. We are placing our dining hall order Wednesday, so having an accurate head count by tomorrow is critical.
  • If you have not yet signed up, follow the link below to sign up now on Event Bright.

  • If you prefer to sign-up and pay in person.. Again, if tomorrow’s meeting is cancelled, you can find us at Market District from 7PM to 7:45PM to turn in payment.
  • We will send out Thursday morning a full Camp Info email to help everyone prepare for a successful camp – so please look for that email.
  • We need for EVERYONE to look for the email coming your way on Thursday.  It will include a link to the BSA Medical Form Part A and B that all adults – this means Dads – must complete and have ready to turn in Friday at camp.  Here’s the link to the BSA med form if you want to get started on that now:
