The troop needs to find enough youth sized life jackets ( Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Devices) for June Boating Camp.
If your camper is small enough to need a youth sized PFD and has one that he can bring , please plan to send it to camp, and notify Leslie Moder atlmoder@icloud.com ASAP and by June 5 at the latest that you can send one. ( if you have more than one and are willing to let us use it, we’d be grateful! ) Make sure your scout’s name is on any PFD brought from home. This way we know how many we need to come up with .
The facility has adult sized PFDs available, but older scouts and leaders may opt to bring their own if they have one. Again, label it with your name.
